De acordo com a Empresa Estadual de Turismo do Amazonas (Amazonastur), cinco navios de cruzeiro irão visitar os destinos do estado neste mês.

Após escalas do Seven Seas Navigator e do Viking Sea, o Amazonas irá receber o Azamara Journey, o Silver Ray e o Villa Vie Odyssey até o próximo dia 31.

As paradas consolidam o estado como destino para os cruzeiros, mantendo um calendário de recepção de turistas estrangeiros, acrescentou a Amazonastur.

Entre os destaques de março, está a escala inaugural do Villa Vie Odyssey, navio residencial que chega em Manaus no dia 30, para escala com pernoite.

Segundo a Amazonastur, o Azamara Journey e o Silver Ray também realizam suas primeiras paradas na capital, com escalas agendadas para os dias 14 e 15 de março, respectivamente.

A expectativa é que, juntos, os três navios tragam cerca de 3,5 mil pessoas a Manaus, entre passageiros e tripulantes, acrescentou o órgão.

Antes, o Amazonas já havia recebido escala do Seven Seas Navigator e do Viking Sea. Os navios de alto padrão visitaram Manaus simultaneamente no último dia 8, levando cerca 2,3 mil passageiros ao porto.

Desde o começo da temporada 2024/2025, o estado já recebeu quase 10 mil turistas de cruzeiro, em oito escalas. De acordo com a Amazonastur, os hóspedes tem aprovado suas experiências na região.

“Os turistas estão altamente satisfeitos com os serviços na capital, com índices impressionantes de aprovação. Os guias de turismo, por exemplo, receberam uma avaliação superior a 97,96%,” disse o presidente da Amazonastur, Ian Ribeiro.

“A hospitalidade também alcançou uma satisfação acima de 97,84%.Atrativos naturais tiveram 97,10% de aprovação, sendo até aqui o item mais bem avaliado pelos turistas,” acrescentou.

Os estrangeiros são maioria entre os recebidos dos cruzeiros, disse o órgão estadual. Cerca de 62% são originários dos Estados Unidos, enquanto 24% vem do Reino Unido e 9% do Canadá.

Já em abril, o Amazonas recebe o Volendam da Holland America Line, em escala com pernoite que começa no dia 1º.

Em seguida, o Hanseatic Nature da Hapag-Lloyd visita Manaus entre os dias 14 e 15. O mesmo navio encerra a temporada local, em nova escala com pernoite que começa em 5 de maio.

Dados da Amazonastur estimam que, no total, a temporada 2024/2025 deve levar cerca de 20 mil turistas, entre passageiros e tripulantes, ao estado.

Five cruise ships visit the Amazon in March

According to the Amazonas State Tourism Company (Amazonastur), five cruise ships will visit the state destinations this month.

After scales of Seven Seas Navigator and Viking Sea, the Amazon will receive the Azamara Journey, Silver Ray and Villa Vie Odyssey until the next day 31.

The stops consolidate the state as a destination for the cruises, maintaining a schedule of reception of foreign tourists, added Amazonastur.

Among the highlights of March is the inaugural scale of Villa Vie Odyssey, residential ship arriving in Manaus on the 30th, to scale with overnight.

According to Amazonastur, the Azamara Journey and Silver Ray they also make their first stops in the capital, with scales scheduled for March 14 and 15, respectively.

The expectation is that, together, the three ships bring about 3.5 thousand people to Manaus, between passengers and crew, added the organ.

Before, the Amazon had already received scale of the Seven Seas Navigator and Viking Sea. The high standard ships visited Manaus simultaneously on the last day 8, taking about 2,3 thousand passengers to the port.

Since the beginning of the 2024/2025 season, the state has received almost 10,000 cruise tourists on eight scales. According to Amazonastur, guests have approved their experiences in the region.

” Tourists are highly satisfied with the services in the capital, with impressive ratings of approval. The tour guides, for example, received an evaluation of more than 97.96%,” said the president of Amazonastur, Ian Ribeiro.

” Hospitality also achieved satisfaction above 97.84%. Natural attractions had 97.10% approval, so far being the best rated item by tourists,” he added.

Foreigners are most among those received from cruises, the state agency said. Around 62% originate from the United States, while 24% come from the United Kingdom and 9% from Canada.

Already in April, the Amazon receives the Volendam Holland America Line, on a overnight scale that starts on the 1st.

Then the Hanseatic Nature of Hapag-Lloyd visits Manaus between the days 14 and 15. The same ship closes the local season on a new overnight scale starting on May 5.

Amazontur data estimate that, in total, the season 2024/2025 should take about 20,000 tourists, between passengers and crew, to the state.
