The companies highlight that the participation of collaborators in party-political or electoral acts should be totally voluntary, without any pressure, benefit, threat, retaliation or discrimination related to political positions.
The statement also establishes that structures, resources, institutional channels and hierarchical relationships of companies should not be used for political-election mobilization. The measure meets the guidelines of Recommendation No 62100.2026, issued by the Ministry of Labour of the 11th Region, and strengthens the commitment of companies to a professional environment based on respect for individual freedom, dignity and appreciation of work.
